Pour over: Baked Potato, chicken or Fish

Stir Into: Low fat yogurt or sour cream for a delicious dip

Mix With: Pasta, potatoes, rice or beans
                Tuna and stuff into jalapeno assorted squash and sauté
                Cottage cheese

Serve With: Egg rolls, omelets, fajitas, cheese crisps, tacos, burritos, fresh veggies, tortilla chips, grilled meats, etc.

           Bean Dips: Delicious on chips and nachos as they are in burritos and wraps
